Coin Sets In Demand

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 6. There was a heavy demand for commemorative seta of New Zealand coins from collectors to New Zealand and overseas, a Treasury official said today. The 25,000 polished standard specimen sets which were being minted had already been sold, he said. The three types being minted were expected to arrive here to March or April. Sets were still available in the selected run which would total 75,000, and the ordinary run which would total 100,000.
