Gifts To Delegates

WELLINGTON, Dec. 2.
The Prime Minister (Mr Hoiyoake) will make personal gifts to each of the 150 delegates to the eleventh Commonwealth Parliamentary Association.
The conference was told this by the chairman (Mr W. B. Tennent) when delegates resumed debate on economic growth in the Commonwealth after the luncheon adjournment.
The gifts will be copies of the book “National Parks of New Zealand” and two brochures on the New Zealand Parliament.
Mr Tennent said the gifts would be posted to C.P.A. branches later.
