TRACTOR MODELS

Bright Colour Combinations

(Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.)

LONDON, Nov. 26.

A series of new tractor models announced by a worldwide firm rival the car industry in brilliant colour combinations of orchid white, polychromatic chocolate brown and poppy red. The change reflects the company’s view, is “the most modern farmer no longer regards his tractor as a mere workhorse, but takes as much pride in its appearance as the man in the street does of his motor-car.”

The new’styling also indicates changes in design to incorporate a new hydraulic control system which, in the company’s view, is “that most important advance since tractor hydraulics were introduced in 1936."
