Designers Going To U.S.

LONDON. Six members of the Incorporated Society of London Fashion Designers will be going to San Francisco for “British Week,” to be held from November 4to 11. This will be the largest number of British coutouriers who have ever been in America at the same time, writes Zaiia Thomas.

They will attend the luncheon to be given at the Hilton Hotel in aid of the Winston Churchill Memorial Fund at which Princess Margaret will be present. At this luncheon there will be a fashion show of British couture and ready-to-wear. The audience is expected to number about 1500 people.
