Trains Travel At 130 m.p.h.
<HZ PA Reuter —Copyright) TOKYO, November 1. Japan's super express “bullet” trains, the world’s fastest, reached 130 m.p.h. today on their new service between Tokyo and Osaka. The two 12-coach blue and Ivory electric expresses cut 50 minutes off the previous travelling time They covered the 330-mile journey in three hours and 10 minutes at an average of 101 m.p.h.
