Sumner House Brings £3300

Offered on account of the estate of John Henry McFedries, a roughcast bungalow at 13 Head street, Sumner, was sold for £3300 at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr J. Dyer.

The house has a lounge, sunroom, three bedrooms, dining-room-kitchenette, scullery, and bathroom.

There is also a garage, and a shed on the section of 18.8 perches. The initial bid was £2700. There were five bids of £lOO, one of £3O, and two of £25. Livingstone, who offered the property on account of the estate of G. W. Wade. The house has a lounge, dining-room, three bedrooms, and kitchen.
