Dogs Shot While Killing Fowls
Two dogs—an Alsatian and a wire-haired mongrel—both without collars, were shot on Monday night when they were caught killing fowls on the property of Mr Sorokoputs, Briggs road. The dogs had killed one fowl and both had fowls in their mouths before they were shot.
Eighteen fowls were killed by dogs on Sunday night on the adjoining property of Mrs P. Patterson. _
