The Citizens’ Association retained all four city-Riccarton Xts on the North Canterbury Catchment Board on the Anal count. The voting was. L.W. McCaskill 16,843, A. T. Bell 15 765 W R. Holmes 14 530; r 5 ’ a. Witbrock 14,099 (elettpHV F W Jenkins 12,266. E. & 11638. N. S Wi ls 10.880: H. Keene 9326, mf°Mr a Witbrock is a new memto the board after an absence| of five years.
