Flats Sold For £2700
Two self-contained flats in a house on a section of 15 perches, zoned residential B. at 160 Salisbury street were sold for £2700 at public auction yesterday. The property was offered on account of Mrs M. S. Munro. The auctioneer was Mr M. J. C. Robinson.
The flats are let at £455 a year. The Government valuation is £2700.
The opening bid was £2200. There were four bids of £lOO. and two of £5O.
