SATURDAY (Before Mrs A. M. Tavener and Mr J. S. Hawker, Justices of the Peace) DRUNKENNESS Patrick John Rush, aged 41. a workman, was fined £2 10s on a charge of being drunk on Friday, having been convicted of the same offence within the previous six months. REMANDED lan Stewart Nicholson, aged 24, a check hand, was remanded on bail to today on a charge of assaulting a police officer. Frederick Carl Rosel, aged 20, a welder, and Kevin Moana Jarden, aged 20, a welder, were remanded on bail to Thursday on a charge of breaking and entering Stevenson’s Foodmarket in Hoon Hay road.
