Economic Award To Chch. Student

WELLINGTON, Oct. 15.

A New Zealand student has been awarded the J. F. Clark prize in economic theory, the New Zealand division of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries announced today. He is Mr Terence Douglas Jay, of Christchurch, who won the award after he submitted the best script in the June examinations from more than 2000 candidates in all parts of the world.
