Handicapper Appointed
Mr H. V. Spicer has been appointed handicapper to the Canterbury Jockey Club’s He succeeds the late Mr F. A. Jarrett.
Mr Spicer has been the Canterbury Jockey Club’s judge for several years. He is succeeded as judge by Mr M. Mace.
Messrs Spicer and Mace have been also appointed handicapper and judge respectively for the Banks Peninsula Racing Club.
