Russians Wish Sukarno Well
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) MOSCOW, Oct. 12. Soviet leaders have sent a message to President Sukarno of Indonesia expressing pleasure that his health has improved and hoping calm will be restored in Indonesia soon. It was signed by the Communist Party First Secretary (Mr Leonid Brezhnev), the president (Mr Anastas Mikoyan) and the Prime Minister (Mr Alexei Kosygin).
