A Nightcaps woman, Mrs
Kathleen Purdue, has won £25,000 -in a Victorian Tattersails lottery. Mrs Purdue, wife of the town’s butcher, Mr L. Purdue, says she intends to buy a car, get her garden dug and planted, and buy a new lawnmower.— (P.A.)
