First Records Of Season

Two national junior swimming records set “in the depth of winter” were ratified by the council of the New Zealand Amateur Swimming Association last night. The records were established by I. Johnstone (Otago) in 110 yd breaststroke (Imin 14.3 sec) and 220 yd breaststroke (2min 44.8 sec) in the indoor Moana pool, Dunedin, last month.
