HANDICAPPER APPOINTED
(N.Z. Press Association) MASTERTON. Mr N. Bluett, of Palmerston North, was appointed handicapper to the Wairarapa Racing Club at the annual meeting of the club in Featherston on Thursday. Mr Bluett, who is also handicapper for the Wellington and Manawatu clubs among others, will replace Mr A. V. O’Brien, of Wellington. Mr O’Brien was elected to life membership of the club at the meeting.
