Forestry Workers’ Award

Increases in wage rates of up to 3jd an hour and Ils i 8d a week are given in a new 'award for members of the (New Zealand (except Westj land) Forestry Workers’ Union. A new provision sets daily . wage rates for female workers. Another new clause gives an extra 2d an hour to all workers who are required to work continuously in the open.

The award is retrospective to August 27 as to wages.
