Rivers rolled over their banks in lowa, Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma today, driving thousands of persons from their homes and damaging crops and property. Rivers were unable to handle the run-off from torrential rains in Missouri and Kansas. The Grand river was flooding along its entire length in north-western Missouri.
