The Supreme Court is crowded with extra tables and chairs to hold the exhibits and accommodate e assisting accoun-. tants in the trial of Derek Harold Kernahan, a Christchurch public accountant, on 60 charges of dishonesty involving £54,840 7s Bd. The Crown has 2600 exhibits—all papers and documents—and the defence has nearly 200 more.
About 20 persons were in the public gallery yesterday.
