RICCARTON MALL TAKES SHAPE.—This photograph taken yesterday shows the progress being made with the new shopping centre. The building on the left will be the department store of McKenzies, Ltd. The frontage of the food market and the mall itself is shown at right. Behind both will be the department store of the New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Association of Canterbury, Ltd. Major construction work on the centre is expected to be finished at the end of next month.
