Approval Of Hospital Medical Appointments

The Department of Health has approved the appointment of two specialist radiologists to the staff of the North Canterbury Hospital Board. They are Dr. J. C. Kennedy and Dr. W. P. Hoiloway. Dr. Kennedy is at present on the staff of the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Melbourne, and is expected to arrive in Christchurch early next year Dr Hollos ay is already on the staff of th i Christchurch Hospital as a senior radiological registrar. Salamonsen, E. Seipp, R. J. Stewart, P. J. Strang, K. J. Thompson, J. M. Wishart. Senior house surgeons: G. D. Abbott, R. R. Bailey, R. W. Jones, T. M. J. Maling, A. D. Mee, B. M. Robertson, D.

M. Thomson, G. E. Todd, A. Vines, A. S. Falla, and D. G. Thomson.

The following registrar appointments have been approved:— Junior medical registrars. B. E. W. Brownlie, K. Cameron, R. H. Ferrer, A. J. HUI, T. Hull; registrar, Medical Unit, the Princess Margaret Hospital: R. B. M. Ravich; paediatric registrar: R. A. Johnson; psychiatric registrar: L. Ding; obstetrical and gynaecological registrar: J. A. R. Fountain; junior surgical registrar: P. McCormick; eye registrar: J. R. Hay; anaesthetic registrars: H. M. Roake and T. B. H. Strain; radiology registrar: J. D. Billings and R. H. Coates; pathology registrars: R. Fong, P. Harper, and P. Kelleher.
