Vice-Admiral the Hon. Edmund Rubert Drummond, fourth son of the tenth Viscount Strathallan, died yesterday at the age of 81. He was first naval member of the New Zealand Naval Board and Commodore commanding the New Zealand station from 1935 to 1938.—London, Sept. 10.
