Junior Soccer Final
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 29. Wellington won the Junior National Cup when it beat Otago, 2-0, in the under-18 soccer final at the Basin Reserve on Saturday. Territorially, Otago had the better of the game, and It was perhaps unlucky to lose. It was only in the last five minutes that the Otago defence cracked, and two goals by the centre-forward, R. McPherson, gave Wellington the game.
