Cuban Envoy Resigns
(N.Z.P.A -Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, August 29. The Cuban Embassy in London last night called Itg Ambassador, Dr. Luis Ricardo Alonso, a “traitor” on account of his resignation yesterday. Dr. Alonso, in his letter of resignation to President Osvaldo Dorticos, proposed reforms to eradicate the “totalitarian” aspects of Dr. Castro’s Government.
