Dutch Ship Sinks
' (N ZP A -Reuter —Copyright) THE HAGUE, August 25 Twelve people, including a woman and child, were rescued from a sinking Dutch iship in the English Channel -early today. According to messages received in The Hague, the 500-ton Spolanda sank after a collision with a Belgian vessel. the 5105-ton Bruges.
