The magic of Hollywood and the movie screen holds millions, both young and old, in a fascination and enchantment found in no other field of human endeavour. This physical condition is also important to maintain flawless complexions and beautiful figures that are so ; important to the glamorous screen stars. That is why so many of today’s film stars have installed sauna baths in their homes.

And this is what the producer says: "I take the sauna because it makes me feel so good. I've got a touch of rheumatism in my hip and the heat is great for it.” One of the most spectacular climbs to fame was that made by British star Peter Sellers who began with the famous Goon Show.
