Industries Fair
Since the 1965 New Zealand Industries Fair opened in Canterbury Court on Thursday it has been visited by 12,717 persons. In the same period last year 14.479 attended. On Saturday 8516 persons went to the fair. The attendance dropped during the afternoon because, it is thought, of the Rugby test, but in the evening the fair was visited by more than 7000 persons—a record figure.
