The North Vietnamese President, Mr Ho Chi Minh, has told Polish reporter; in Hanoi that his country has no choice but to “fight till victory or accept the fate of slavery." “The road has been chosen and the Vietnamese people cannot be turned back," he said. The reporters said that Mr Ho “did not hide the difficulties facing his Republic,” but declared that the Vietnamese Communist Party “foresaw these difficulties and together with the people will solve them.”
