SOFTBALL LEVY

To finance overseas tours, every softball player in New Zealand will pay £1 a year into a special fund. This was decided yesterday at the annual meeting of the New Zealand Softball Association.
The national secretary (Mr G. F. Vincent) told the meeting that with a team overseas next year £BOOO would be needed.
