Eight Nobel peace prize winners have urgently appealed to all parties in the Vietnam war to take immediate action for achieving a cease-fire and a negotiated settlement. The appeal was published in Santa Barbara by Dr. Linus Pauling, an American scientist and winner of the Nobel peace prize in 1962.
