Air Safely

Sir,—On reading the Press Association’s report from Auckland in this morning’s issue, 1 am greatly concerned, as no doubt the S.P.C.A. will be, that a bird on a training flight lost its life in the compressor blades of a DCB airliner. I trust that this will be brought to the notice of the appropriate authorities.— Yours, etc., H.G.S. August 12, 1965.
