SOUTH ISLAND CHAMPION.—The winner of the South Island ski-racing title at Temple Basin last week-end, P. Hubrich (Otago). Hubrich, who was reinstated as an amateur last season, is almost certain to be selected for the New Zealand team to race against Australia. Before his reinstatement, Hubrich was a professional instructor in Canterbury.
