Schools’ Fencing
The following secondary school pupils have been chosen to take part in the national schools fencing tournament at Christchurch on August 28 and 29. Boys’ A team.—R., Bliss, A. Bliss, A. Piper. B team. —R. McGammon, C. Pugsley, R. Sherlock. Reserves: G. Willets, D. Dobbie. Girls’ A team. —D. Matheson, M. Riddle, E. Feltham. B team. —J. Hann, M. Hadlee, E. Greenfield. Reserves: E. Mitchel, P. Calvert. Auckland and Wellington will send two boys’ and two girls’ teams but no entry has been received from Dunedin.
