Topdressing Firms Merge

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, August 11. Directors of Aerial Farming Holdings, Ltd., of Palmerston North and Janies Aviation, Ltd., of Hamilton, have announced that the two firms have combined. A joint statement issued today said that the transaction had the approval of the Air Services Licensing Authority. The main interest of both companies is aerial topdressing. The statement said that the arrangement would assist the companies to operate with existing price limits. No staff changes Were proposed and both companies would continue to operate under their own names.
