Four Hurt On Roads

Mr S. K. Aldridge, of 54 Skipton street, suffered a fractured left leg when his motor scooter struck a parked vehicle in Hills road about 7.19 p.m. yesterday. He was taken to hospital where his condition last night was moderately serious.

Mr M. Mita, c/o. the Templeton Hospital, suffered head and leg injuries when his car -overturned in Blenheim road near the Sockburn roundabout about 1.25 a.m. yesterday. He was admitted to the Christchurch Hospital and his condition last night was satisfactory.

Mr Allen Gibson, of 342 A Lincoln road, suffered an injury to his leg in an accident involving his car and a truck in Clarence road about 1.45 p.m. yesterday. He was taken to Christchurch Hospital where he was treated and discharged. Mr Phillip Sapsford, of 234 Papanui road, suffered an injury to his leg when his motor-cycle and a car collided at the intersection of Salisbury and Victoria streets about 6.35 p.m. yesterday. He was taken to Christchurch Hospital where he was treated and discharged.
