Fire Started In School
(N.Z. Pr?s» Association) OAMARU, August 2. The police are investigating a fire which damaged the Oamaru Intermediate School last night. A box of rubbish, saturated with kerosene, was found at the scene. The headmaster, Mr M. Carson, said today: “All I know is that someone tried to set the building alight.” The fire, which was confined to the art room, did little damage.
