Library Issue In October (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 1. The Alexander Turnbull Library would issue, early in October, reproduction of three water colours by Sir William Fox, a former New Zealand Premier, the Minister of Internal Affairs, (Mr Seath) told Parliament. There would be 2500 copies of each print at a cost of £1 each. . , Mr Seath said the library would also issue, by Christmas, brochures of six smaller watercolours by Sir William Fox. The cost would be two guineas. Mr Seath had been asked by Mr J. R. Harrison (Govt..
