(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, August 1. The New Zealand professional golfer, W. J. Godfrey, finished two strokes behind the joint winners in a one-round tournament at Mona Vale on Saturday. Tied for first prize, on 71. were Ted Bal! and Colin McGregor.

This was Godfrey’s first playing engagement on his present Australian tour.
