Briton Wins 4th Race T/v it*. A.-neuter —Copyright) WARSAW, July 27. R. H. A. Hart, of Britain, won the fourth race yesterday in the Finn class Gold Cup yachting at the Baltic port of Gdynia. The East German. J. Mier, took over the over-all leadership. The New Zealander, P Letcher, improved one position in the over-all placings, but his fellow-countryman. N. Everet, dropped four places. Letcher yesterday finished thirteenth and is fifteenth over-all. Everet was fifteenth and thirteenth over-all. Results:— Fourth Race. —R. H. A. Hart (Britain) 1, J.
