Box 1670. Auckland, as described in the Schedule hereto: SCHEDULE 1. Application for extension of the validity of Rotorua-Taupo-Wellington route (expired March 29, 1965). 2. Application for sole rights to and from Taupo in respect of timetable and charter services where the aircraft operated exceed seven seats passenger capacity. 3. Application for exclusive rights to operate scheduled and non-scheduled passenger, mail and freight services through Rotorua commencing in August 1965 but reviewable after two years. Services through Rotorua to be operated with a minimum frequency of 20 flights weekly. 4. Application for variation to existing route licence as follows: (a) Optional stop at Taupo on present route: AucklandHamilton (optional) Roto-rua-Taupo-Masterton - Wellington. (b) Optional stop at Taupo on non-operative route; Roto-rua-Taupo-Welllngton (expired March 29, 1965). 5. In accordance with the Company’s route licences to replace DC3 aircraft with 40-60 seater twin enginer turbo-prop aircraft, where suitably equipped and licensed airfields are available, providing a total of five aircraft only are operated. 6. Application for sole rights over the route sectors Hamilton - New Plymouth - Nelson - Christchurch as soon as modern turbo-prop aircraft can be brought into service. 7. Application for the right to operate the only a.m. turboprop service between New Plymouth and Auckland, and similarly the only p.m. service between Auckland and New Plymouth when the replacement aircraft are introduced. 8. Application for the control of aircraft capacity to be offered between New Plymouth and Auckland with a view to ensuring that a frequency of two return turbo-prop flights per day is the normal maximum, which may only be exceeded during peak periods, subject to review if the average capacity availed on all flights exceed 70 per cent on this sector. 9. Application is sought (a) to extend the use of TPF Fares beyond October 1965, until further notice, and (b) following the Introduction of two turboprop aircraft, the Company seeks to delete the WellingtonChristchurch sector from TPF approval, and (c) turbo-prop aircraft operated by the Company to maintain a T.P.F. limit of fifteen seats on any one sector. 10. Application to amend the freight limitation on the abovementioned licence at any time to maximum onload of 15cwt at any one airport, with the exception of Taupo and Rotorua where freight would be unrestricted and the route sectors Christchurch-New Plymouth which would continue unrestricted as at present. 11. Application to operate all, or part of the route Christ-church-Oamaru-Alexandra - GoreInvercargill under contract to another New Zealand operator. 12. Any person or organisation wishing to object to or support the granting of the application is directed to give notice thereof to the Licensing Authority through the Secretary for Civil Aviation and to the applicant concerned at least three days prior to the date of the hearing.
