Flint, the chairman of . the City Council's traffic com- [ mittee, referred to the Trans-! port Department having 324 , “radar-patrol” vehicles. His statement should have read that the department had that number of modern patrol vehicles. It gets so you can’t tell ai teen-ager from a matron.— ( Senator Maurine B. Neu! berger at hearings on the use iof cosmetics.
