Near the last furlong in the Members’ Handicap Colon’a! King (B. F. Andrews) had to be checked when racing between Caballero (A. T. Jones) and Tonreg <R. W. Taylor). The film showed that Caballero moved in slichtlv and that Master Defence (K. E. Reggett) moved out, forcing Toureg into ■he Pne of Colonial K ; ng. It was decided that no further action was warranted.
