Cashmere House Passed In

Offered on account of the estate of C. C. Davies, a house at 53A Hackthorne road, Cashmere, was passed in at £10,200 at public auction yesterday. The property was offered by W. E. Simes and Company, acting in conjunction with Pyne, Gould, Guinness Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr Ray Simes.
