Cashmere House Passed In
Offered on account of the estate of C. C. Davies, a house at 53A Hackthorne road, Cashmere, was passed in at £10,200 at public auction yesterday. The property was offered by W. E. Simes and Company, acting in conjunction with Pyne, Gould, Guinness Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr Ray Simes. This weatherboard house has four bedrooms, lounge, dining-room, breakfast-room, sunroom, kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry. There is also a workshop, tooiMied, and rumpus room in the basement.
Outbuildings on the section of two roods, 33.1 perches include a brick garage.
