Rugby Radio Coverage

Radio coverage for the Springbok matches in July was announced yesterday by the acting Director-General of Broadcasting, Mr L. R. Sceats. The match against Taranaki on July 17 will be broadcast by 2XP, 2YW, 2YZ, 4YZ and the four YA stations. All stations on the national programme will broadcast the match against Southland on July 21. The Canterbury game on July 24 will be broadcast by all national stations except IYA and 4YZ, which are covering representative games.

The West Coast-Buller match on July 27 will be broadcast by all stations on the national programme except IYA.
