UNUSUAL AIRCRAFT MISHAP.—Pieces of a big Boeing 707 Pan American Jet airliner crashed down on communities bordering San Francisco Airport when the aircraft caught fire on take-off with 143 persons on board. The airliner landed safely at the nearby Travis Air Force base.
