Mech.E., or similar qualification is required as Assistant Chief Engineer for the fertiliser division of the Company which at present operates works at Auckland, Wanganui, and Christchurch. The successful applicant would be required to take charge initially of the engineering of the Christchurch Works where an expansion programme of over £750,000 is about to commence. He would transfer at a later date to the Central Engineering Section and assist in the engineering planning of the whole division. There is an excellent opportunity for advancement for an Engineer who can demonstrate his ability. Salary will be dependent upon qualifications and experience. This is a new appointment, which will provide considerable experience in planning of central City areas.
