C.S.R. Plans For New Currency
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. July 2. C.S.H. shareholders will be asked to approve moves at the annual meeting on July 21 for when decimal currency is introduced in Australia on February 14, 1966. Proposals are for subdivision of the company’s fullypaid 20s shares into two fully paid shares of one dollar each, capital of the company to be in 70m shares of a dollar each, and the maximum number of votes to -which any shareholder is entitled will be increased from 20,000 to 40,000.
