Airwork Lifts Dividend Rate

Airwork (N.Z.), Christchurch aerial topdressers and aircraft engineers, will recommend a final dividend of 4 per cent plus a bonus dividend of 2 per cent, payable July 23, ex dividend July 16. This lifts total payout to 10 per cent for the year against 6 per cent last year. Airwork last paid a 10 per cent dividend in 1958 and passed dividends in 1962 and 1963. A final 3 per cent on 6 per cent preference shares and 4} per cent on 7j per cent preference shares has also been recommended.
