Hotel Share Issue
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, June 20. A £253.000 share issue is i planned by Auckland Intercontinental Properties. Ltd., the company which has been granted a licence for the proposed £3.3 million tourist hotel. The company was formerly known as the Princes street Hotel and Property Company. Mr F. H. Renouf, of Wellington. a director of the company and a member of the underwriting firm of Daysh. Renouf and Company, said tonight that the issue would be of £1 ordinary shares and would be made early next month. Details would be announced in about a fortnight.
