It would be at least 20 years before New Zealand changed to the metric system of weights and measures, if it ever did, said Mr R. D. Muldoon. Parliamentary Undersecretary to the Minister of Finance, in a lecture on decimal currency in Christchurch. The lecture was one of a series arranged by the Workers’ Educational Association.
